Sean
Gilligan
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

​Sean began his stage and screen career at the tender age of 4 on RTE and went on to train at the Royal College of Music, Royal School of Dance and Trinity College Dublin (B. Mus) and is now the proud Director and owner of Sean Gilligan Performing Arts - renowned for performances in every major venue in Dublin and beyond; Sparkle Costume Hire - Ireland's leading costume hire company and The Halleluia Gospel Choir.
He has also worked with and performed alongside artists such as Westlife, Gary Barlow and Josh Groban in concert. Sean's multi award winning directing, choreography and design credits, are too many to mention but include musical theatre productions such as Jesus Christ Superstar, CATS, Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables, Grease, Legally Blonde and West Side Story. Sean has been directing his own pantos since 2012 starting with Cinderella, Snow White and Robin Hood in Clontarf castle, followed by Cinderella and Beauty & the beast in the Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel where Dublin panto was born and and has this year brought panto home to Grange Woodbine Club with Snow White and the seven dwarfs.

Sean also directs the panto.ie who made a move from the Tivoli theatre to the The National Stadium as well as choreographing the Snowman Christmas Special in Bord Gais Energy Theatre,

Amy
Walsh
DANCE / MUSICAL THEATRE

Amy fell in love with performing at the age of 3 when she began taking class with the Royale School of dance. She then went on to train with F.A.C.T school of performing arts (SGPA), The Gaiety school of Acting receiving distinction in all 6 exams taken (Dublin Academy of Drama and communication) , College of Dance and Performers College (UK) graduating in 2015. Performance credits; Xfactor, F.A cup final 2013&2014, A Night with Westlife 02 arena, Aladdin Brighton Theatre Royal, Mass Movement Dancer, National Concert Hall Dublin, Hot Chocolate, World Street Performing Championship and many others. Theatre choreography credits; Hairspray, Grease, Footloose, Aladdin, Oklahoma, Wizard of OZ, High School Musical, Mamma Mia, The Wedding Singer to name a few. Amy has also completed FETAC Level 4 in Child Development. She has a passion for teaching and believes the Arts should be accessible to all.

Sharon
Osborne
DRAMA / VOCAL
Sharon began performing at the age of 4 when she enrolled in Speech & Drama classes where she completed her exams with the 'Irish Board of Speech and Drama' achieving distinctions right up to grade 8. She was a student of the Irish Children's Theatre Group where she trained in drama and musical theatre and attended Helen Jordan's stage school for dance.
Theatre credits include: Charity (Sweet Charity), Sukie (Witches of Eastwick), Carrie (Carousel), Mrs. Lyons (Blood Brothers), Smitty (How to Succeed), Beth (Little Women) and Bill Kenwright's West End touring production of 'Joseph & his amazing technicolour dreamcoat' on the Gaiety Theatre.
T.V credits: RTE Infomercial alongside 'The Corrs'. Performed with Brendan Grace in a Christmas show special for Network 2. RTE's 'The Fued' and a back to school commercial for SuperValu. Sharon has also done various voice over work including the AIMS awards in the INEC.

Rebekah
Byrne
DANCE / MUSICAL THEATRE / VOCAL
Rebekah started out her training age 4 at Sean Gilligan Performing Arts. She trained at Inchicore College of Further Education in Dance Education and also 4 years at Performers College Essex. She is a recent Graduate with a 2:1 degree in Professional Musical Theatre and Dance accredited by BIMM Institute.
Some of her pervious teaching credits include Producers 2018, Legally Blonde 2018, Aladdin 2019, Oliver 2019 and HSM 2022. Her professional credits so far include Dance ensemble in the new film “Rocket Man” 2023 Ashley Wallen, “The Snowman” Bord Gais Theatre and The 3Area 2011-2015, Film 2009 “The School Run” RTE, 2019 “Dynamite” Music video Westlife.
Other credits include Josh Groban, CamelPhat, Bonnie Tyler, Ace of Base, Gala and 2 Unlimited.

Amy
Cummins
DANCE / DRAMA
Amy is 22 years old and has been dancing for 18 years. Amy danced competitively for 11 years. She has performed in the dance ensemble of many award winning productions.
She dance captained Oliver! (2019) and Footloose (2022) at the Helix theatre. Assistant choreography credits include; The Wizard Of Oz (2022), Matilda Jr (2023), and Dublin Panto (2024). Amy won best overall contemporary performer at Irish Dance Inter varsities 2023, in the Cork Opera House.
In summer of both 2023 & 2024, Amy trained at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City, where she specialised in contemporary, musical theatre and jazz. Most recently, she performed in ‘how do you remember me?’, at the Smock Alley Theatre’s Scene and Heard Festival 2024.
She teaches regularly classes in Liffey Trust Studios, and is also part of the faculty at Fly Dance Studio Dublin.

Saoirse
Dunne
VOCAL / DANCE
Saoirse is in her final year in DCU for her bachelor’s degree in Music Education. Saoirse has been awarded the Arts Bursary by DCU for Dance and Choreography.
Saoirse has been involved in performing arts since she was 3 years old. She is apart of the Hallelujah Gospel Choir and has performed at events all around the country.
Saoirse was offered a scholarship to the Institute of the Arts Barcelona intensive programme and has performed in venues all around the country including the Gaiety Theatre, the Bord Gais, the National Concert Hall. Saoirse made her choreographer debut for “Annie” with Sean Gilligan Performing Arts in the Helix 2024. She has been apart of the Westlife music video of “Dynamite”.

Saoirse has been apart of Dublin Panto and has performed in multiple variety and Cabaret shows as a part of Sean Gilligan Performing Arts over the years.

Saoirse’s previous roles include Ariel in “Footloose” Sophie in “Mamma Mia”, Mayor Matilda in “All Shook Up” and the Matron in “Oliver!” and has been apart of the awarding winning production of “Cats” with Sean Gilligan Performing Arts.
