Sean began his stage and screen career at the tender age of 4 on RTE and went on to train at the Royal College of Music, Royal  School of Dance and Trinity College Dublin (B. Mus) and is now the proud Director and owner of Sean Gilligan Performing Arts - renowned for performances in every major venue in Dublin and beyond; Sparkle Costume Hire - Ireland's leading costume hire company and The Halleluia Gospel Choir.


He has also worked with  and performed alongside artists such as Westlife, Gary Barlow and Josh Groban in concert. Sean's multi award winning directing, choreography and design credits, are too many to mention but include musical theatre productions such as Jesus Christ Superstar, CATS, Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables, Grease, Legally Blonde and West Side Story. Sean has been directing his own pantos since 2012 starting with Cinderella, Snow White and Robin Hood in Clontarf castle, followed by Cinderella and Beauty & the beast in the Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel where Dublin panto was born and and has this year brought panto home to Grange Woodbine Club with Snow White and the seven dwarfs.

Sean also directs the Cheerios panto who made a move from the Tivoli theatre to the pantodome this year with Cinderella as well as choreographing the Snowman Christmas Special in Bord Gais Energy Theatre,




Amy fell in love with performing at the age of 3 when she began taking class with the Royale School of dance. She then went on to train with F.A.C.T school of performing arts (SGPA), The Gaiety school of Acting receiving distinction in all 6 exams taken (Dublin Academy of Drama and communication) , College of Dance and Performers College (UK) graduating in 2015. Performance credits; Xfactor, F.A cup final 2013&2014, A Night with Westlife 02 arena, Aladdin Brighton Theatre Royal, Mass Movement Dancer, National Concert Hall Dublin, Hot Chocolate, World Street Performing Championship and many others. Theatre choreography credits; Hairspray, Grease, Footloose, Aladdin, Oklahoma, Wizard of OZ, High School Musical, Mamma Mia, The Wedding Singer to name a few. Amy has also completed FETAC Level 4 in Child Development. She has a passion for teaching and believes the Arts should be accessible to all.




Lizzy started dancing competitively at the age of 8. After winning numerous All-Ireland Championships she went on to represent Ireland in the 5 Nations Dance Contest in 3 different dance styles. Upon retiring from the competitive world of dance, Lizzy went on to complete her professional training. She obtained a Diploma in Professional Dance from The College of Dance in Dublin before being awarded a full scholarship to study at London Studio Centre in the UK where she acquired a BA(Hons) Degree in Theatre Dance.

Most recently Lizzy has graced our TV screens with performances for seasons 1&2 of Ireland’s Got Talent with Locked Creative and Virgin Media One as well as the inaugural Xpose & Benefit Awards with Fatale Events.

Further TV and stage credits include the All-Ireland Talent Show, ad campaigns for Vodafone, Theatre M.A.D’s West End Bares - fire breather (2011), a UK tour with London Studio Centre’s Jazz Dance Company (2012), the BRIT Awards (2012) with Olly Murs feat. Rizzle Kicks, a residency with the Body of People (BOP) Jazz Company (2013), Dial M for Music’s Wilde Nights Cabaret (2014, 2015 & 2016 – Dancer, 2017 – Assistant Choreographer & Dance Captain), Laochra – 1916 Commemoration at Croke Park, (2016), Gaiety Pantomimes Cinderella (2012/2013), Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (2013/2014), Peter Pan (2014/2015), Robin Hood and his Merry Men (2016/2017) and The Snow Queen (2018/2019), The Golden Era at the Mansion House (2017/2018), L’Oreal Colour Trophy, 2018.

Lizzy’s passion for dance extends beyond performing. She is also a qualified Sports Therapist and holds a BSc. in Physical Education & Biology from DCU where she graduated top of her class. Lizzy juggles teaching for numerous dance schools across Ireland with being a Secondary School teacher delivering Junior Cert Science, Leaving Cert Biology and P.E. to students at second level. She believes in the importance of quality dance training and the need to incorporate the arts more prominently into our school system.

James Deegan


James, a Dublin native, has been performing for over 10 years in theatre and film..He completed his theatre education with a B.A. in Musical Theatre from The University of Chichester in the UK. While training James performed such roles as:Willard Hewitt in"Footloose", Frederic in "Pirates of Penzance",The Tin Man in "The Wizard of Oz"and Cecil Sessile in “Brenda Bly:Teen Detective". Post training credits include:A continuing role in The Helix Panto every year,Emmet in LegallyBlonde, Bill Sykes in Oliver!,Purser/Swing in "Anything Goes"(Sussex Tour), Man 1in “Marry Me aLittle,Ensemble/Understudy Cowardly Lion in “The Wizard of Oz (Cork Opera House),Rooster in"Annie",Coach Bolton in “High School Musical"James has sang back up for many pop stars including Westlife, Gary Barlow and John Owen Jones.James is also a regular on the cabaret scene in Dublin singing at many corporate events and recently completed a stint as Lead Male onIrish Ferries Oscar Wilde.James’s teaching credits include A level Drama in Phoenix Performing Arts College where all of his students were accepted to university in the UK, Guest lecturing to BTEC Theatre Students in Colaiste Dhulaigh, Comedy Director for Grange Woodbine Variety group as well as SingingTeacher and assistant musical director for The showbiz academy




Caoilfhionn, comes from a musical family and has been singing from a very young age. She attended the Royale School of Dance under the tutelage of Kay Buckley, Delores Davis and Betty Leonard (former Royalettes). Early on it was evident that this little girl had a big voice and a uniquely musical ear for rhythm and she was given the chance to perform and truly shine treading the boards of the Gaiety and Olympia Theatres to name but a few.After over a decade in the Royales, she progressed to the FACT School of Performing Arts where she excelled in dance and song. Under the guidance of Maureen and later Sean Gilligan she continues to attend classes to ensure her instrument is kept finely tuned.Through her involvement in FACT she was asked to join the Halleluia Gospel Choir. This has led to her becoming the Choral Mistress of the choir and she is now one of the longest standing members. With the choir she has had the privilege of singing alongside GaryBarlow (the Waterfront, Belfast), Westlife (O2, RTÉ and private engagements), John OwenJones (Bord Gais Energy Theatre), Jacinta Whyte (National Concert Hall), Mary Black(RTÉ), Charlie Pride (RTÉ) and also asa support act to Hot Chocolate.Caoilfhionn’s love of performing has given her the opportunity to help develop some ofDublin’s brightest new talent by going into various stage and theatre schools in as a vocal coach. With all this commitment she still manages to rehearse and gig with her band, The Crush on a regular basis.




Sarah started her dance training at the age of 3 with CP dance company and later with Billie Barry stage school training in jazz, tap and musical theatre. She received her B.A honours degree from Sunderland university where she  was a part of the dancers who toured northern England to perform in many  different venues. Sarah trained for 7 weeks in Broadway Dance centre where she worked with many famous choreographers.

She has performed on many well known stages such as the Gaiety, Olympia and the  Bord Gais Energy Theatre and was selected to be one of the performers by BDC to  perform a flashmob on time square.

Sarah has been teaching for CP Dance Company now for 4 years and has also had the joy of teaching SGPAs adult variety class for the amazing Hilton show.

Sarah has also choreographed Beauty and the Beast and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for Dublin Panto.
